Enhancements
  • Users now have the ability to send appointment reminders to guardians via email with HIPAA compliant formatting.
  • The ability to conveniently schedule one bundled T-Code service that includes the 1st 30 and additional service appointments.

  • Flexible Reporting has a new look and improved functionality to provide the user with the ability for customization per user.

  • Jade+ A warning message will be displayed to indicate a charge will be accrued if the RBT Supervision selections are checked off in the staff record.
  • Jade+ Corrected issue for the funding source rate propagation to ensure the new rate is propagate to the client services and appointments.
  • Jade+ Fixed saving issue when T-Code services are bundled for the first time.
  • Jade+ Corrected invalid Unhandled Exception error when adding clearance data to a staff record.

  • Jade+ Corrected invalid Unhandled Exception error from displaying when opening a service appointment if the contract is missing either a start or end date.
  • Jade+ H1  Corrected missing backend script to prevent UE error from being displayed when trying to make changes to existing appointment.
  • Jade+ H1  Fixed appointment subject line sync issue to reflect the updated data when the appointment was dragged to another day and/or time.
